Installing the MDM

Portal Description and Intro

For iOS devices:

1) Open the following link on the browser of the device you want to enroll

Click here to launch MDM on your device (select allow on popup)

2) When your profile has been enrolled, you will be requested to install Communication Client application. Upon completion of the installation, there will be a green icon labeled "Run after installation" shown just like a new application. Tap the green icon and follow on-screen instructions to complete enrollment process.

 

The images below are screenshots of the individual steps you will run into while installing the MDM profile and application.

 

Please remember that a valid Apple ID is required to be on the device prior to installation of the MDM. For company owned devices, it is required that a company provided Apple ID is used.
